Catherine Ford Claycomb is a native of Owensboro, Ky. She graduated from Transylvania University in Lexington, Ky., and Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, Tenn. She has been a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Kentucky since 2007.
After graduating from Vanderbilt, Catherine completed a federal clerkship with Judge Thomas B. Russell of the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. She then moved to one of the region’s most respected law firms to practice civil litigation for five years before choosing to become a partner in Claycomb Law Office. Since 2016, Catherine has served as the Hodgenville City Attorney. She and Tom have been married since 2009 and have two young boys.
